LorePages complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because our service involves creating personalized books for children, the following terms apply.
By using LorePages to create a book for a child, you represent and warrant that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you have the legal authority to consent on the child's behalf.
As the parent or legal guardian, you consent to the collection and processing of the child's name, age, and photos for the sole purpose of creating the personalized mythology book you have requested. This information is not used for any other purpose and is never shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order.
All photos uploaded to LorePages are encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are automatically deleted 30 days after book delivery. Once deleted, they cannot be recovered.
You may withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your child's data at any time by emailing support@lorepages.com. Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete the child's personal information within 10 business days and confirm deletion by email. Please note that if deletion is requested before your order is fulfilled, we may be unable to complete the order.
